I have taught math and science for 13 years. I taught in South America for
a year in a Colombian school for girls. When I returned I taught at Carter
Lawrence Elementary for 4 years and then moved to Antioch Middle School for
4 years. I came to Mount Juliet Middle School in 2003 and really love
teaching such wonderful and enthusiastic children.
I have beautiful twin daughters,Caitlyn and Jenna, that are 8 years old and
Briley who is 3 years old. I have a wonderful husband, Jim who has
built us a house in Lebanon.
To show my students the wonderful world of science. To help students retain
scientific concepts that they will be using for the rest of their academic
career. And to make learning fun and applicable to my students lives!
