About The Teacher Label:
About The Teacher
Welcome! My name is Amy Haney. I teach Visual Arts and have taught various computer class as well over the years. I take the arts very seriously and expect the utmost respect from my students. It is my desire to make a difference in one child's education a day. I personally feel that an education is a very valuable tool and without the proper use of that tool one can not acheive their higest potential. I also desire to steer those who wish to persue a career in visual arts in the direstion of portfolio building and skill training to succeed in college.
Mission Label:
Mission
To provide a safe learning enviornment free from danger and fear for each student. Through this enviornment I will open minds to look closer at the true person they are and the one they wish to become. Using self expression can often lead to a discovery of ones self. It is my desire to create an enviornment conducive to learning and self expression while intergrating a vast array of subjects from across the curriculum. Please check this website often as I will post information for both parents and students. Your child will be asked to retrive information from this sight on a regular basis. They will need to print certian items and bring them to class. Our school library is open everyday before and after school, as well as, during the school day and can be used for these assignments. Please understand that these assignments are to be done on time and not to be copied from a friend, as that is considered cheating. If you have concerns or questions please feel free to contact me at any time during regular school hours.
Or, would you like to view and optionally restore one of these previous versions?
