Wednesday - Scientific Method Handouts
Thursday - 4 - H
Friday - Energy Ch. 6; Bellwork quiz!
If there is 10 - 15 min. left at the end of a science lesson, students are expected to use this time to do study guide, workbook pages for the current lesson, and work on the Chapter vocabulary posted on the front board.
Stay motivated to be on top of your work and leave no idle time. Any time you are caught up with science work, read an AR book...keep your brain learning!

Dear Home Room Parents:
I've been reading your wonderful essays about your children and they've moved me to tears and laughter. My heart is touched and I feel so much closer to the children and their parents now. It is so beautiful to read them and see your children through your eyes. The praise for their strengths and your honest assessment of what they need work on is so refreshing. I know this is going to be my best year yet as a teacher.
I hope you will get to know me a little better too through my Announcements and About the Teacher pages on my website. I tried to reveal my values through my long-winded editorials. As a mom who is also a teacher, I want to know more about my children's' teachers too but it isn't always possible.
Like you, I have the hard job of having to be firm about rules and have to push them when they want to coast but I also make a conscious effort to show them love. I believe they can be successful and I want them to believe it about themselves too.
