How is my grade going to be determined for this project? You will turn in the
following items (rubrics will be on display on the bulletin board in the usual
place):
1. Brochure: You are creating a brochure to tell me about the importance and
benefits of energy conservation and naturally producing electricity. You know
how much I love color, so make it colorful. I would like for it to be computer
generated (using Microsoft Publisher), but if you do not have access to it,
make it REALLY neat.
2. PowerPoint presentation: You will create a team PowerPoint presentation
that must include:
1. A title slide introducing your group
2. For each group
a. title slide for that role
b. no more than 6 slides per topic/person relaying your info.
c. bibliography slide telling me where you got your info from.
3. A conclusion slide at the end.
You need to burn this to a CD and turn it in with a printout of your slides - 3
per page so that I can take notes during your presentation (see #3).
3. Presentation: Your group will present your information to me. All members
must present their section. You need to rehearse. Do not read your PowerPoint
presentation to me...I can read. Write any notes you need on index cards. You
will have time to practice in class.
