Mrs. Rice’s Aloha Notes/ Week 14
November 9th through November 13th
The student of the week is Jimmy Russell!
The Fall Festival and the parent/teacher conferences went extremely well. I
was happy to see all the students active at each booth during the Fall
Festival, and I was glad to meet and talk with so many wonderful parents at
the conferences. Thank you for the effort and participation.
November 11th is Veterans Day. Any student wearing patriotic clothing will
get extra credit in social studies that day. Please send in any pictures of
family members that are veterans in uniform. We will share with the class.
*** If you are a Veteran and would like to speak to the class, call me Monday
afternoon or Tuesday morning so we can plan your visit.***
Yearbook sales are here! Your student has brought home the yearbook order
sheet. A $15.00 deposit or full payment of $30.00 is due November 24th. If
you purchase a yearbook after November 24th, the price will be $35.00.
