Reading-our story this week is “Raising Dragons” on pages 365-387. Please
read this with your child one night and go over the vocabulary before the
test on Friday.
Spelling-words with j, k, and kw sounds. HOMEWORK: Monday-3 times each,
Tuesday-sentences with at least 6 words per sentence, Wednesday-ABC order,
Thursday-word search and study for test.
Math-we are studying perimeter and area this week. Your child will have a
math sheet to complete at home on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
English-we are continuing our study of verbs and will take a unit test over
this next week.
Social Studies-we will make a study guide on Tuesday for a Chapter 3 test on
Wednesday. Please go over this with your child Tuesday night.
