REMINDER:
FOOD CITY RECEIPTS PROGRAM
The deadline is quickly approaching to turn in the remainder of your Food
City receipts.
· Saturday, March 10, 2007 – program ends.
(Sept. 10, 2006 – Mar. 10, 2007)
· Monday, March 12, 2007 - last date for students to turn in receipts
to teachers.
GUIDELINES
· Turn in receipts as soon as possible – please do not hold all of
your receipts until the end!
· Only receipts dated September 10, 2006 – March 10, 2007 can be
accepted!
· Please do not cutoff the date at the bottom of receipts!
· Please do not fold individual receipts!
· Circle the “Balance Due”, instead of highlighting (certain
highlighters are destroying or covering the ink and making the receipts
difficult to read).
Thank you for supporting this effort! Our teachers will be able to redeem
their receipts for some really great educational tools!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR FINAL FOOD CITY RECEIPTS TALLYING.
March 19 - March 23, 2007
8:15 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
We will need help with verifying amounts (bring a calculator or adding
machine), but we could also use help just getting the receipts ready for
verification and deposit (ie- unfolding receipts, pulling out staples,
verifying dates, circling "Balance Due", etc.).
