Preschool Hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 8:15a.m.-12:00noon Fridays
Students may begin arriving at 8:00 a.m. class begins at 8:15 a.m.
1. It is very important that your child attend everyday unless ill.
2. Notify the preschool staff IMMEDIATELY of change in telephone numbers or
address.
3. Call the Pre-K teacher @ (423)272-7651x1118 before 8:00a.m. if your child
will be absent or tardy.
4. Dress your child in casual, comfortable clothing and tennis shoes or
rubber-soled shoes.
5. Sign your child IN and OUT daily.
6. To provide additional security:
*Sign the log book and get a visitors pass in the main office when you
visit the building
*Sign your child out with the front office and in the classroom
if you pick him/her up early
*Get a tardy slip from the office and sign-in in the classroom
when you arrive late
7. After school everyday:
*Meet the staff on time at the specified door.
*Check your child's daily folder for notes from the teacher.
*Ask your child about their day.
