"Miss" Teresa's Kindergarten! :)

I hope you all enjoyed the snow days we had!!! My snow dance worked!!!:) Show and Tell will stay on the schedule you have:)  We will exchange valentines on Friday, February, 12th. PLEASE PRINT NAMES ON THESE SO THE STUDENTS CAN READ THEM TO PASS THEM OUT THEMSELVES.   This is a fun reading activity for students. I am sorry I haven't gotten my note out about this earlier...Snow days put me a little behind schedule. Remember this is a half day for students. If you would like to send treat bags for students to take home you may. Happy Valentine's Day!!!

We give an EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS to all our dads and granddads that are currently serving in our country's military!!!  Have your child sing some patriotic songs for you.We have sung Grand Ole Flag, The Star Spangled Banner,My Country Tis Of Thee, America The Beautiful,and God Bless America in our classroom this year. I hope your child will remember these songs and will always realize how blessed we are to be Americans!:)

I have spent a good while downloading some of the readers that we read in our small group reading time onto our website for you! Click on our readers page. We are currently reading reader 4.2. We will read a new reader each week. If you click the blue sound button you can hear the words being read and then your child can practice reading for you. I hope you will enjoy reading these with your child throughout the year!:)
