What time is lunch?

We eat lunch from 10:30-11:00. You may have lunch anytime with your child.
You may bring lunch from an outside restaurant. Your child may choose two
friends to sit at the visitor table with them when you come for lunch.
Please keep it to only friends from our class.

What should I do if my child will be going home differently?

Always send a note to school letting Ms. Hamrick know if there is any
change in the way your child will be going home. Also please date it.
If your child's transportation is changed later in the day,
please call the office and they will get the message to Ms. Hamrick

How should I contact Ms. Hamrick?

You my contact me in several ways. The quickest way is to send an email to
me at school. I check my emails throughout the day. You may also send a
note to school or leave a message in the office. I will try to call you
back
at my planning time or after school. My planning time is from 7:35-8:25
each
day.

What if I need a conference right away?

I will be happy to schedule a conference with you as soon as possible. This
can be during my planning time or at 2:15. I also can have a phone
conference in the evenings if that is better for you.

May I bring or send something for my child's birthday?

Yes, please just let me know a day or so in advance. You may send cookies,
cupcakes, pudding cups, individual juice boxes or anything that you would
like as long as it is not too messy. Even then we can take it outside,
weather permitting, and celebrate.
