Welcome Back!
Here are a few things that will help you understand our Cafeteria.
There are times that we have to change our menu at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and the availability of the food we order.
When the new school year begins we will appreciate the quick return of your child's Free and Reduced Applications. The first application you turn in will be for Temporary Status. Please turn these in the first week of school. Another application must be turned in within 30 days of the first application and will last for the rest of the school year. There are times when your status may change due to info provided on the free and reduced application. Please return the application to the Cafeteria for quicker processing.
The Breakfast Prices are $1.25 or $0.30 and Lunch prices are $2.00 or $0.40.
We sell snacks at breakfast and at lunch. We also sell Al a carte items at breakfast & lunch. These Items are things that we sell extra along with lunch, they are things like pizza, sandwiches, fries, wings and etc. These items may be purchased with cash or money your child can keep in their cafeteria account. These items also Do Not count as a Free or Reduced lunch substitute. These items may not be charged. The prices of these snack items range from $0.50 to $1.25. Al a carte items range from $1.00 to $1.50.
You may send cash or check for your child to put in their meal account. Please make Checks out to SHS Cafeteria. If you have more than one child in the school you can write one check for more than one account. In the Comments part of your check please put your child's name this will help us extremely. If you have more than one child you may write the names and amount to be put in each account.
