Hello!! My name is Amanda Meek and I will be your child's 3rd grade teacher
for the 2008-2009 School Year. I moved to Louisville from Knoxville,
Tennessee for my husband to work on his Master's Degree at The Southern
Baptist Theological Seminary. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary
Education from Tennessee Technological University and am highly qualified to
teach grades K-6 and licensed to teach grades K-8. This is my second year
here at Little Flock and I am very excited about having your child in my
class this year! I love children and truly believe I am blessed to be in a
place where I can watch them learn and grow academically, socially, and
spiritually. I hope to help promote a classroom community that encourages
trust and shared responsibility through whilch students are motivated to
become active participants in the learning process. It is my goal to help
your child reach their maximum potential and try their very best in
everything they do. I also hope to instill in each one of them a love for
Christ and for others. If you ever have any questions or would like to
