For teachers: When will I find time to make literacy centers?

There are many centers already designed for you. I have many of them saved
and ready to print out. Check your volunteer list. If you have parents
that signed up for preparing materials, give them a call. I can help them
get started with cutting, sorting, or other tasks.

For teachers: How do you manage literacy centers?

There are many ways, but you must find a way that works for you. I have
books in my office with many suggestions. One of the best ways is to visit
a classroom that uses centers. Let me know and I can cover your class while
you spend some time with a teacher using centers.

For parents: What if I work, but still want to be involved as a volunteer?

We have special events that occur after school. You may be able to help
with those. Also there are materials that can be prepared at home. They
involve things like cutting, sorting, and pasting.
