When can I get help if I'm having a problem?

Tutoring/Make-up sessions are held on Tuesdays after school. If this time
is not convenient, I will try to stay after school when possible. The
student and I can work together on alternate times.

If I am absent, what do I do about getting the work/assignments?

ALWAYS check the Latin I website!!!!!

Even though absent from class, it is beneficial to the student to attempt to
have the homework/classwork ready to turn in to the teacher. This will
avoid having to do equivalent make-up work after school. It will also keep
the student from getting behind in the class.

How can I get the best grade possible?

Time Management is the key!!! Don't wait until the last minute to study the
material. Learning material as we go is MUCH easier than trying to "catch
up" with the rest of the class. For example, Learning Lesson I is crucial
to success in Lesson II.

Is there a lot of memorization in Latin I?

There is memorization, just as there is in any Foreign Language class.
However, as stated in Question #5, if you do a thorough job with each
lesson, you are memorizing only a small amount at a time.
