Mrs. Smith graduated from King College with a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology in 1999. She worked for a year as a school counselor before
attending Milligan College. In 2001, Mrs. Smith graduated from Milligan
with a Master of Education degree for middle grades.
The 2009-2010 school year will be Mrs. Smith's seventh year of teaching. She
taught in the Kingsport City School System her first year. The following
year she taught sixth, seventh, and eighth grade math at Baileyton
Elementary School in Greene County. She is thrilled to be teaching math
again with the Questor team at Vance Middle School this year.
Mrs. Smith is married to a Bristol Virginia firefighter/paramedic and has two
beautiful little girls.
Mrs. Smith's hobbies include raquetball and scrapbooking. Her favorite
restaurants are Carrabba's and Logan's. She also enjoys chocolate, Dr.
Pepper, and giant chewy Sweetarts.
