What do I do when I am absent?

When you return to school, YOU will be responsible for getting your
assignments. If you have internet access at home, just get your assignments
off the web page. If you don't you may stop by the computer labs in the
morning before school or after school to print a copy of the assignments.

What if I don't have a book?

You are supposed to keep a book in your file folder at all times. That way,
when you forget your book at home or in your locker, you still have one to
read.

I forgot my homework. Can I still turn it in?

Yes. You may turn it in one day late, but 30 points will be subtracted from
the final grade. After one day, I will no longer accept late work. The
grading policy are outlined in a document entitled "Grading Policies" on the
Important Documents page.

What should I bring to class?

You should bring paper, pens, pencils, a silent reading book, all assignments
and your binder.

Can I do work for other classes during your class?

No. You have plenty of work to complete for me. If you find you are
finished before the rest of the class, then you may read your silent reading
book. In fact, you should not have materials for other classes in my room.
