After graduating from the College of Charleston with a BS in Middle Grades
Education, I moved to Johnson City with my husband and my two dogs. I have
two Jack Russell pups who keep me very active, as you can imagine. If you
cannot find me at the school, I am mostly likely at the dog park.
I am excited to be teaching at Vance this year. I look forward to inspiring
a love for all things science and tapping into students' inquisitive nature.
My mission for the classroom is inspire a passion for science by encouraging
students' to not only ask questions about the world around them but also
answer those questions through research and hands-on investigations.
