The Bristol Schools contracts with Holston Bus Company (989-3521) for
free bus service to and from school for all students who are residents of
Bristol, Tennessee. Specific route information is available from Mrs.
Lequita Owen (School Secretary, 423-652-9449) or from Mr. Ben
Rutherford (Supervisor of Student Transportation, 423-652-9244).
Seventeen buses serve Vance Middle School. Buses load and unload
in the Vance parking lot. For safety reasons, parents are not to
use this location to meet or drop off students who are car riders. See
the Vance Middle School Parent/Student Handbook for bus conduct rules.
