Who is Donna Mason?

Donna Mason is in her fourth year at Central Middle School. She loves what 
she does and says that she wants to strive to become better at teaching every 
year.  According to her, there is always room for improvement in every 
teacher. She welcomes positive comments about her students at any time.  She 
is always excited at the beginning of the year.  She says she misses her 
students throughout the summer and always takes the time at the beginning of 
the school year to find out about them and what they've been doing.  This 
also helps her to understand how they learn and function in the classroom.  
Many factors make up a child's behavior.  Patience is a must, understanding 
is a necessity.

To have the students achieve understanding and apply it to life on a daily basis in a way that improves their life.

Ms. Mason wants her students to get out of special education completely and 
receive a regular education diploma.  Ms. Mason pushes her students to 
achieve and become more than others, including themselves,  think they are 
capable of.
