I am a graduate from Lipscomb University. During my senior year of high
school at Coalfield I received an Athletic Scholarship to play basketball at
Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. There, I declared my major as
Elementary Education Grades K-8. After graduation in December of 2006 I moved
to Western North Carolina to teach 3rd grade. After my first year of teaching
was over I moved back home to wonderful East TN. I then became the 5th grade
math teacher at Central Elementary in Wartburg. Now, I am at Central Middle
School in Wartburg teaching 6th grade math.
Hobbies: wakeboarding, playing basketball, reading, riding horses, shopping,
and collecting anything with Evis Presley on it.
Pets: a male doberman named Rhomell (Yes, he's named after General Rhomell!)
Favorite Food: chocolate, peanut butter, and pizza
Favorite Restaurants: Big Ed's Pizza, O' Charley's, Outback, and Apple Bee's
Favorite Color: Blue. Then hot pink!
Favorite Places to Shop: Buckle in the mall, Walmart, Target, and Forever 21
