Can I bring medication to school for my child?
If the medication is a prescription, a physicians order form must be
completed by both the parent & the physician, a release of information form
must be filled out by the parent, and the medication must be brought to
school by the parent ONLY. If the medication is an over the counter
medicine, a different form must be completed by the parent, as well as the
above mentioned paper work. I will provide you with all of the appropriate
forms.

When can my child return to school after being found with head lice?
Any student sent home for head lice, can return to school the next day only
after he/she has been seen by the nurse and has been found to be completely
