About The Teacher
I am a native of Wilson County. I have taught at West thirty-two years. I earned an A.S. degree at Cumberland College in Lebanon, B.S.degree at MTSU, and Master's at Trevecca. Outside teaching, my time centers around my family, church, and community activities. Some of my interests include drawing, reading, watching old sitcoms, and game shows. In addition, I collect inspirational poems and motivational readings.

Mission
My mission is to create a learning environment that nurtures and challenges my students to recognize their potential and do their best. "Who knows what one person can be if given every opportunity to learn, to grow, to make mistakes and start over. A teacher can be the beginning of this process."
