We are going to have a very busy week. Tuesday is our Christmas Lunch
day, our lunch time is scheduled for 11:50-12:20. Thursday is PTO meeting
scheduled to begin at 6:30. Our Top Dogs are Lucas Huffman and Morgan
Stokes. Thursday is also a day set aside to wear Pajamas. Friday is our
Christmas Party, we'll begin the day with breakfast, alternate classrooms
making crafts, playing games and doing puzzle sheets. Lunch is provided and
then we'll settle in to watch a movie. The students may wear holiday attire
for our party day.
This is the last week of the nine weeks, so we will be taking several tests
as we complete units of study. We will be back in school January 6th.
I hope everyone has a safe and happy Holiday break. Thank you so much for
your help and support this year. This half of our year has been tremendous,
thank you for making it so very special.
I need your help in encouraging the children to read at least 15 minutes
each night. We are trying to push reading for fun everywhere. We are trying
to encourage the students to take AR tests to achieve their goals to
participate in the fun activities throughout the school year.
