I look at the student's quiz performance and classroom participation 
(primarily participation). I include the student's quiz grades on their 
music 
report(issued with report cards).

What are the classroom rules?

1) Follow directions  2) Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself. 3) Hands 
off the instruments until told to play. 4) Remain silent when the teacher is 
talking. 5) Always be respectful to everyone.
