This is available for people with no health insurance who need to see a doctor. The fees are
based on income and vary from $10 to $40. The Charis Health Center is located at 9695 Lebanon
Rd., Suite 320, one mile east of N. Mt. Juliet Rd in the Goddard Business Park. Hours are
Mondays, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Thursdays, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Their phone number is 773-5785.
You can be a patient if: 1) You are working and have no medical insurance; 2)You live in Wilson
County; 3)You bring a utility or phone bill to show the address where you live; 4)You bring a
tax return or pay stub to show that you are currently working and how much you are paid; 5)You
do not have TennCare or any other insurance; and 6) You pay for the office visit at the time
you are seen.

Help is always free for students or their parents at Homework Hotline.
Concepts are important at the Homework Hotline, too. Teachers are thrilled to help with math,
English, science, and more. Bilingual help is available in Spanish, Kurdish, and Arabic.

TriStar Health Systems, and the Metro Nashville Public Schools.
