In class we are working on basic creative writing skills. We are writing
advertisements such as those that would be seen on television or in
magazines.
6th grade Study Skills
This week we are learning to outline a chapter so that it will aid in the
learning and retention of that material. The basic form that we are using
is as follows:

We are staying with the unit that is being studied in Science class so as to
avoid confusion and have the work be beneficial to the students.
If your child is absent, please have them see me upon their return to
school. Since several of our assignments done in class are group
activities, the make up work may not match the classwork that was actually
met.
