My name is Mrs. Hayes and I have been at West Wilson for 7 years. I have
lived in the Nashville area for just over 8 years. I moved here from
Chicago, Il and before moving there I lived in Louisiana, where I spent the
majority of my life. I taught second grade many years ago in Louisiana and
then went into the technical field when we moved to Chicago. I worked as a
help desk technician and a junior network administrator, as well as a
technical instructor for adults. I have thoroughly enjoyed coming back to
the teaching field, especially working with middle schoolers and teaching
them proper computer usuage.
My mission is to prepare my students for the work force and to teach them
how to use their computer as a tool. I hope that the students will learn how
to use their computer skills in all of their subjects.
