What does CDC stand for? What do we hope to accomplish in this setting?

Comprehensive Development Classroom

The CDC Setting provides individual and small group instruction 
based upon 
specific IEP Goals and Objectives revolving around basic life 
skills.  In 
this classroom setting we strive to instill independence at each 
student's 
ability level that will enable them to function as much as they 
can on their 
own both at home and in the work place.
