*PLEASE NOTE: Class fees are used strictly to purchase supplies for the many labs and activities that are an important and enriching part of the science curriculum in my classroom. My commitment is to always provide my students with quality instruction and meaningful hands-on experiences. Through your generosity, I am able to keep the students’ individual supply list for science to a minimum, and I am able to purchase the necessary items for labs; therefore, I thank you in advance for paying the class fee.
a. Class Fee $10; checks payable to Wilson Central High School b. Calculator; Math dept recommends the following: TI-83+ (good) or TI-84+ (better) or the new TI-inspire (best) if you choose to invest in a high-end calculator. c. 2” 3-ring binder [should be large enough to accommodate workbook and class papers. d. Lab Notebook – must be composition style [not spiral], quadrille rule, such as: · 9 3/4" x 7 1/2" - 100 Sheets/Book - 5 x 5 or 4 x 4 - Quadrille ruled [Staples or Office Max] e. Pencils, pens [black/blue ink only] #2 pencils required for all tests; bring your own pencil f. Book Cover- student will be responsible for maintaining a book cover on assigned text.
Optional Items This class involves many hands-on projects, and therefore many supplies. If you could donate several items on this list, It would be so greatly appreciated!
