Can my child have medication at school?

Yes, as long as the proper forms are filled out. Over-the-counter
medication must be in the original un-opened bottle. Prescription medication
must match the Physician form exactly. NO MEDICATION WILL BE ACCEPTED
WITHOUT THE PROPER FORMS. ALL MEDICATION MUST BE BROUGHT TO SCHOOL BY THE
PARENTS OR GUARDIAN. Please see page 17 of your child's agenda for more
information.
