I am a former graduate of Milan High School. I recieved an Associates of
Science in Criminal Justice from Dyersburg State, a B.A. from Bethel College,
and my educational credits and certification from E.T.S.U. I am presently in
my 4th year of teaching at Milan High School.
I have lived in the City of Trenton for the past twenty years. I have one
lovely daughter, Laura. Laura is presently teaching kindergarten at
SpringHill and is in her 7th year of teaching for the G.C.S.S.D.
I began my life-long love of the Criminal Justice System at an early age.
Career-Day, at M.H.S., confirmed my decision to pursue a career in Law
Enforcement. I have many years of experience in Criminal Justice, serving in
the capacity of police officer and as an Intensive Probation Officer.
I am an animal lover and a huge fan of football and NASCAR! Go Bulldogs,
VOLS, Titans, and #24!
I am extremely passionate about Law enforcement and our Criminal Justice
System. I am thoroughly enjoying teaching students about a career I have
found to be so exciting, rewarding, and fulfilling.
My mission is to educate students, to the best of my ability, concerning all
aspects of Criminal Justice and our legal system. I not only desire to
prepare them educationally, but also in the areas of character education,
ethics, and civic responsibility.
