This is my tenth year at RCS. I have taught 3rd, 4th, and
5th grades. Also, I have been a sponsor of the National Junior Beta Club and
now work with The Warrior Bookstore and Annual Staff.
During my free time, I enjoy traveling, jogging, reading, playing
tennis, and spending time with my family/friends. I have a little girl,
Kendyl, who will turn three in July. She's the light of my life! It's such
a joy watching her grow up and learn new things. I feel like the most
blessed person on the planet!

As an educator in the 21st century, my mission is to guide my
students toward the future with optimism, hope, and love for
learning. I will provide my students with a classroom in which they
can feel comfortable, excited, and positive about the educational
process. My goal is to implement the curriculum in a manner that
allows for various teaching methods, developmentally-appropriate
instructional materials, and hands-on learning experiences. At the
end of the school year, I hope that each child has enjoyed learning and each
individual student feels successful in the educational environment.
