How do I contact my child's teacher?
You may leave a message on voice mail, e-mail, or write a note.
Your child's teacher will respond as quickly as possible. For
emergencies, call the office directly at 428-3700.
When is a good time to meet with my child's teacher?
Conferences may be scheduled most days during the teacher's
conference time, or after school from 2:45-3:15. Please make
sure that you schedule your conference ahead of time to avoid
conflicts.
How do I deliver forgotten items (lunches, homework) to my child?
All items should be labeled with the student's and teacher's
names and delivered directly to the office. The office staff
will deliver items to the student's classroom. Please go through
the office, not directly to your child's classroom.
How do I get a message to my child during the school day?
Please call the office, 428-3700, with any important messages.
The office staff will deliver the message to your child.
Is it okay to send treats for my child's birthday?
According to state law, parents may not provide food to other
children in the class. Please do not bring birthday treats for
everyone, we will not be allowed to pass them out.
What can I do if my child has a difficult time with homework?
Homework help is available after school through the High
Achievers Program. Contact your child's teacher for a permission
slip in order for your child to attend this program.
