Welcome to Bales Intermediate School.
The following are the State of Texas requirements for enrolling a new
student and should be presented at the time of registration:
1. Report card or withdrawal form from most recently attended
school.
2. Proof of Residence must have guardian's name and service
address on it: utility bill (gas, water, electricity),
Deed of Trust document or lease contract(with signature of the
leasee and property owner). No phone or cable bill.
3. Immunization Records (Must have at time of registration)
4. Student's Social Security Card
5. Student's Birth Certificate
6. Driver’s License of Guardian
