I was born and raised in Austin. I graduated from The University of
Texas with a degree in Education. Hence, I am a HUGE Longhorn fan!!! :-) I am
certified at both the elementary and secondary level. I have taught in
Austin, Palestine, Victoria, and Round Rock ISD as a third and fourth grade
teacher. This is my fourth year as a fifth grade teacher!!!
I have two children Travis and Lauren that are both in high school. My
other "daughter" is a four year old miniature schnauzer named Bailey.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family,
gardening, biking, traveling, and of course reading. :-)
