ScienceRivers - Students observe the slope of the Mississippi & the Colorado River to determine which has more weathering, erosion, and deposition. RIng of Fire: Students observe the geographic locations of Earthquakes and Volcanoes. Uplift - Students observe teacher using flour, kitty litter, Hersheys Cocoa powder in a compression box to identify the uplift of mountains.Landforms: Students identify the horizontal order of landforms and the relative age of each layer.
