I received my undergraduate degree at University of Missouri and received my
masters at Saint Louis University. I am going on my sixth year with Round
Rock ISD and this will be my second year with APPLE.
The premise of this program is to provide preschool aged children identified
as speech and/or language disordered with an effective service delivery
model. The APPLE program emphasizes phonological awareness and expressive
language development set in a naturalistic, language-based therapeutic
classroom. Development of these areas will contribute to pre-literacy
readiness skills necessary for academic success.
