Weekly homework consists of handwriting practice and phonics for a focused
letter of the alphabet. Your child may draw or cut out pictures of objects
beginning with the assigned letter. Then, they need to sound out the word
for each picture phonetically. As a challenge, have your child create an
alliteration sentence to go with each letter. Watch your newsletter for
