ART CENTRAL
Art 6 students may complete an application to participate in Art Central, a
program that allows the student to attend four field trips to the Blanton
Museum of Art located on the UT campus. The program helps students learn to
use the tools of the museum, understand museum jobs and responsibilities and
analyze art work. Students participate in hand-on activites bfore each
visit, to help enrich the experience.
Advanced Art 8
Sudents who are interested may apply to attend a trip to the Blanton in mid
to late October. Students will be responsible for any missed work, and the
expense of their lunch. We hope to go the Spaghetti Warehouse or another
downtown location.
