Announcements



Dear Cactus Ranch Family,

 

     It is with great pleasure that I welcome you and your child to 2nd grade.  I hope your summer has been a pleasant one and that everyone is ready for a wonderful year of working and learning together.  I am so excited to have the opportunity to have your child in my classroom this year.

 

     This year I will have the pleasure of working with six other experienced teachers: Rachael Ashe, Crystal Bridge, Kelly Hawkins, Teresa Ritter, Karla Thomas, and Jillian Collins.  Together we are planning some excellent activities to make this a remarkable year for our students.  I sincerely love teaching and working with children, and I am very anxious to get this school year started.   
    
     It is our goal at Cactus Ranch to ensure that our families are happy and satisfied with what we do. With this in mind, if you have questions or concerns before school begins, please feel free to contact me at 424-8036 or by email at laurie_zurovetz@roundrockisd.org.
     
 
     I would also like to invite you to visit our classroom on Friday, August 21 from 3:00-5:00pm so your child may bring his or her school supplies (Room B114) and have a chance to become familiar with our room before the opening day.  For those unable to attend, we look forward to seeing you bright and early at 7:45 am on Tuesday, August 25.
