Reading:
Each night your child is required to read for 20 minutes. There is
no log to record book titles. Your signature on the agenda each night
indicates that they have done their reading.
Math:
Students are required to study their addition & subtraction facts
every night.
They may study using flashcards, computer games, or paper and pencil, etc.
Again, there is nothing to turn in to me to show me that they are studying
their facts. Your signature also indicates they have studied their facts.
Flashback - It goes home Friday and is due the following Friday.
Science Flashback - Goes home once a month. Note due date.
Spelling:
Lists will go home on Friday and students will be tested the
following Friday. Spelling lists can also be found online. The spelling
sheet - front and back - is handed out on Fridays and due the following
Thursday.
Other homework assignments will be indicated in the agenda when needed.
