I am so excited to be at Cactus Ranch Elementary! I care about this school
and its students.
I am originally from the Austin area, and after graduating from Texas A&M
University I began my teaching career at an elementary school in Round Rock.
I later attended Texas State University, where I earned my graduate degree
in Professional Counseling.
I am married to a wonderful man, Cord, and we are expecting our first child.
Cord and I enjoy good food and any outdoor activity!
The mission of the RRISD school counseling program is to provide a
comprehensive, developmental counseling program addressing the academic,
career and personal/social development of all students. School counselors
are professional school advocates who provide support to maximize student
potential and academic achievement. School counselors facilitate the
support system to ensure all students in RRISD have access to and are
prepared with the knowledge and skills to contribute at the highest level as
contributing members of a diverse community.
