Reading: Each night your child is required to read for 20 minutes.

Week of Sept. 28:  They will start to have a reading group assignment that is to be completed in reading group spiral. There is no log to record book titles. Your signature on the agenda each night indicates that they have done their reading.

Math: Students are required to study their addition and subtraction facts every night. They may study using flashcards, computer games, or paper and pencil, etc. Flashback is passed out every Friday and due the next week. Flashback is a review of skills taught through the year.

Science: Some weeks students will be given a science flashback on Friday.  This will be due the following Friday.  They will need to use their science book or their science notebook.  Both of those resources must be returned to school each day since we may need them during the school day. 

Spelling: Lists will go home on Fridays and students will be tested on the next Friday. Each Thursday your child will be required to turn in homework.

Other homework assignments will be indicated in the agenda each day.
