The winner will receive a free year of TeacherWeb, and the 4 runners-up will get $15 Starbucks giftcards, so vote wisely! The Finalists' websites are posted in their own photo album on our Facebook page, so check those out first, visit the sites, click around, then come back and vote via our poll.
Thanks for your participation - we were amazed by all the entries and fantastic websites that we got to review, and if you didn't end up in the Top 5, know that it's because there are so many stellar educators out there using our products to reach their students and families that it was almost impossible for us to choose.
Thanks again,
The folks at TeacherWeb

About The Teacher
Hi! I'm Tatiana Wiersema and for the last two years I've been the .5 art teacher at Caldwell Heights. For 2011-2012, however, I am excited to say I will be the new .5 Spanish teacher and .5 IB Coordinator at CHE. All students will receive introductory Spanish class every other week at CHE. It is an awesome opportunity for our students and I'm very happy to be able to be teaching the class! I am originally from Wisconsin, and taught there for 3 years at a school in Milwaukee, WI. Then, I lived in Honduras and taught at an international school there. While we were there we travelled through all of Central America. My husband and I moved to the Austin area in the summer of 2009. I received my Studio Art Degree as well as my Art Teaching Certification from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. While in college I also took many Spanish classes and have had many opportunities to practice abroad as well as in my teaching. I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking and traveling around with my husband and our dogs named Frida and Diego. I'm currently enrolled in graduate school at UT- Austin. GO LONGHORNS!
