Organization is the key to success!!
Each 5th grade student has been supplied with a daily planner. Daily
planners are kept in each student's large binder. Students are responsible
for writing their daily assignments down at the end of each day. Please
check their planner to see if they have completed their assignments. It is
very important for our students to be self-reliant as they transition to
middle school. Each student will be held accountable for their homework!!!
Parents! Please be aware that scores of 70 or below need your signature and
need to be returned to me! Look for these papers in your child's Tuesday
folder. Talk with your child about the value of this communication between
home and school. Thank you for your help in this matter!
Homework is considered independent practice for new concepts taught. I do
not take a grade on all homework, however I expect students to be
accountable and have it completed as requested.
