Chase is our “Star of the Week!” We can’t wait to see what three items he’ll share with the class on Monday!

Please consider signing up as an editor for the week of Cruise Write-Along. Training will be held in Mrs. Hardison’s classroom Monday, February 8th from 3:00-3:30. A sign-up schedule is posted outside our door.
Please enjoy the children's wonderful inanimate object compositions hanging in our hallway.
Six Flags Six Hour Reading Club
The Six Flags Reading Log will replace our class reading log until February 23, 2010. Every student who completes six hours of recreational reading between Tuesday, Jan. 26th and Tuesday, Feb. 23rd will receive a free admission ticket to Six Flags Fiesta Texas! Please encourage your child to record their reading and sign the green reading log located in their homework folder. Hopefully our class will have 100% participation.

SPANISH LANGUAGE CLASSES will resume when the PTA committee steering this program finds a suitable instructor. I know the children really enjoyed learning Spanish and we're excited to get started again. The former Spanish teacher needed to work full time and had to take another job.
