Robotics Club

It's crunch time!!!

On Thursday we had a web conference with members of Team Steel based in Chicago. Team Steel placed 2nd in the world last year in FLL! They gave us some great advice as to what to expect at the competition next week and their keys to success. A special thanks to NI mentor Andi Hadisutjipto for setting this up. What a great experience!!!

We will be meeting 5 days this week (11/16-11/20) to give the kids every opportunity to fine tune their robots and their presentations . The kids are working hard trying to prepare for the competition on Nov. 21st at Westwood HS. The actual schedule for the day of competition will not be released until Nov. 14th.  However, you can count on the competition lasting from 8 am until 3:30 pm.  Robotics club members will need to provide transportation to and from the competition.
