This is my twenty-ninth year as a fifth grade teacher at Kathy Caraway
Elementary. Previously I taught fourth grade at Anderson Mill Elementary in
the Round Rock district. I was born in Indiana and graduated from Purdue
University with a BA degree in elementary education. I have also taught
sixth grade and Title One reading in Kentucky prior to moving to Texas. My
favorite subject to teach is American history. I believe that one of the
most important things I can teach my students is the positive power of
believing in themselves, therefore empowering them to successfully tackle
anything they face.
