About The Teacher My name is Carla Lott. I have worked in the field of education for 25 years. I have taught kindergarten, preschool, Tag (Talented and Gifted) and fourth grade. This year I will teach third grade at Kathy Caraway. I graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor in Science and certified in Special Eduation K-12. I love to teach science. This allows me to watch students experience using hands on activities.

Mission For The Class- Learn and have fun

I have enjoyed teaching because of its challenge and constant variety.  
Working with children has enabled me to put to practice my philosophy of 
learning which simply putis: every child deserves the opportunity to be 
presented with open doors that lead each one to become stronger, more 
knowledgeable citizens of our world. My motto: "When we have fun, we get 
things done". We're going to have fun in 3 rd grade this year!
