School begins at 7:45 on August 24, 2009
School is dismissed at 3:15 p.m.
At the end of the first six weeks, first graders get a progress report
instead of a report card. Report cards begin at 12 weeks.
Beginning of the year parent conferences will be held on October 12, 2009.
These conferences are scheduled via slips coming home in the folder with
each child.
If at anytime of the year a question comes up, please do not hesitate to
call me for a conference. I will be happy to meet you any day except
Tuesday between 1:05--1:55 to answer a question, suggest strategies, or try
to help with whatever else you need. In addition, I am willing to meet you
at a late afternoon time if that is your best opportunity. (3:45--5:00 pm)

Computer Classes are part of the daily 'rotation' classes which also include
art, music and p.e.
